Agnes’s journey began in a pharmacy before she transitioned to the role of Regulatory Affairs Manager at AOP Health, where she spent 18 years honing her expertise across Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Development, Quality Management, and Pharmacovigilance. Overseeing diverse teams and departments, she played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s growth and success.
The start of her law studies at the University of Vienna also laid the foundation for her subsequent ventures in business development. Demonstrating adept negotiation skills in licensing agreements, Agnes facilitated seamless drug development processes, establishing a robust project management department to ensure project alignment and execution.
In 2022, Agnes transitioned from the pharmaceutical industry to the medtech sector, where her focus on artificial intelligence in supporting diagnoses for rare diseases further augmented her wealth of knowledge.
